When I was asked to provide a testimonial I asked my 9 year old to describe Kandeez. She said “it’s the best”. Genuinely one of the best decisions I made as a parent! Dancing with Kandeez has ignited passion, given so much confidence, friendship, fun and lifelong memories! My 9 year old and 6 year old have both danced with Kandeez since they were toddlers. They now do ballet, tap, modern, disco and rock n roll and love every lesson! Fabulous teachers, highly recommend.

I don't often provide testimonials, but I've happily changed that for Kandeez Dance. Having watched my daughter dance with Kandeez for a couple of years, I decided to start dancing myself a year ago now. The adult class is a brilliant, it's a fun class, suitable for all levels. I’ve enjoyed learning all different styles, such as disco freestyle and street. I'm even taking my first disco freestyle exam this year. Kandeez is a great place to learn to dance from children to adults they help support and motivate in every way they can. I look forward to spending my Wednesday evenings with a lovely group of people, because we learn to dance in an enjoyable environment.

My daughter joined Kandeez Dance School when she was just 4 years old, starting with just one 45 minute lesson a week, to now enjoying almost every class there is to offer! During the last 4 years she has grown in both confidence and ability. She absolutely loves being a part of the competition squad and has had many amazing opportunities. These include being a part of the Honeycomb Dance Festival, the Summer shows at the Waterside Theatre and competing at both area and national competitions. Being a part of such a tight knit and friendly dance school has enabled my daughter to blossom both socially and emotionally. There is a real sense of belonging and her experiences have made her believe in herself. It has helped build a confidence we don’t see in other areas of her daily life. She has made many friends of all ages, who all inspire, support and encourage each other. She was awarded the Lizzie Browell Scholarship this year, which has allowed her the opportunity to fulfill her desire to take lessons in other disciplines.
All in all, I am in awe of how dedicated and focused she is, how much she willingly practices and just simply loves to dance. This is all down to her fantastic teachers and the dance family where she feels she belongs . We are so glad we found Kandeez!Anna Mortimer
It is my pleasure to provide my thoughts for your testimonials because dancing at Kandeez makes me smile. I’ve been with Kandeez for over 5 years as a dance mum and a dancer myself taking lessons in both adult tap and DFR classes. I’ve developed my tap skills, performing twice in the Kandeez dance show, in addition to learning new dance techniques. These include lyrical and street. The adult classes are brilliant, inclusive to all levels and most of all enjoyable. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my evening after a hard day at work.

Ruby has been dancing with Kandeez since she was 5 years old. Over the years I have seen her grow in strength, dance technique and, more importantly, in confidence. The teachers at Kandeez are patient and caring, but always install the importance of hard work and determination. Recently Ruby received the Lizzy Browell Scholarship award and now takes 5 classes a week in a variety of dance styles. She's really enjoying trying out the new classes and challenging herself! What's lovely though is that Kandeez is a family, no matter what your age, gender or background. It is so lovely to see the dancers supporting each other and building lifelong friendships (as do the parents!). Kandeez is a fantastic dance school which is going from strength to strength, Ruby is excited to be part of it!
